With our Standard Free Delivery you can have your order within 4 to 10 working days. If you can't wait that long, some of our proucts are eligible for Express Delivery and can be with you in as little as 2 working days. Pre-orders will be held and we will contact you when your order is available for delivery.

*Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are unfortunately not included within our free delivery service. Please contact us for a very reasonable quotation.

EASY RETURNS

Here at Indigo Lounge, we strive to give the customer the best possible service, so if you're not entirely satisfied wth your purchase just let us know within 14 days of receipt and we'll pick it up. For our full returns policy, please refer to our RETURNS page.

We stand by the quality of our products, so all our products have a full 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials and construction. In the unlikely event that a defect is found within this period (but beyond the 14 day change of mind), we will, at our cost, either repair or replace the defective item.

We reserve the right to refuse service should the complaint be due to causes other than faulty manufacture or defective materials or should the product be in an unhygienic condition.
